Start by submitting your application and resume for review. We carefully review every application to find candidates who share our passion and values at Miaplaza, and meet the qualifications for the role.

👥 Assessments and Interviews

If your resume shines through our initial review, you’ll be invited to complete role-specific assessments. If that lines up with what we’re looking for, our friendly HR team will arrange an interview to learn more about you and your experiences.

3.
📃 Further Evaluation

Some candidates may be asked to complete an additional assignment to showcase their skills. After that, you might be invited to one or two more interviews with team members to ensure we’re a great match.

4.
☑️ Final Decision

Before making a final offer, we’ll check in with your references. If everything aligns, you’ll receive an official offer to join the Miaplaza team!

🤝 Onboarding

As an education company, we take training seriously. If hired, you’ll be given extensive training on all aspects of your role. Even after training, you’re never alone! Our management team ensures that team members get regular check-ins and coaching. Plus, when possible, you’ll be paired with a friendly buddy during your first few weeks, with regular check-ins to ensure you feel supported and welcome every step of the way.
